black printed inscription with scene of little dog yapping at a man with his hat in hand debating on whether to ask a loan of a seated gentleman who is reading a newspaper in front of fireplace....8 sided....6 3/8"across...no backmark...fancy decorations with single blue ring.....Excellent shiny nice condition with only one small faint hairline on back at rim. A nice clean dish..
