Here's a tip folks... Boat trailer winches and boat trailers are not made by the same companies.
Be careful when replacing your winch or be aware that when you get that off brand or offshore produced winch, the holes in your mounting plate may not be the same as your new winch. They might be completely off or just enough where you are unable to get the bolts through. Time to drill and grind on that winch mount, sounds like fun. Not as much as a day on the water.
