The lobby card is in excellent condition.  There is very slight edge wear.  There is a single pin hole.  There are no other tears, fading, stains, smudges, missing paper, folds, or pin holes.   The reverse side is clean and unmarked.  The colors are richer and brighter, than the scanned image suggests.
