You are buying a used single axle dolly converter with 5th wheel.  They are rusty, the brakes may be stuck on them, tires could be cracking or flat, and they may be missing some parts.  They are sold "as is, for parts or for rebuilding".  No titles issued.  Shipping them truck freight at buyers expense.  We can load them on to a trailer free of charge.  Ohio buyers have to pay 6.5% sales tax.
