Email communication will be recorded only through eBay & if you bring it to the resolution part which you have every right to... Make it clear that an insurance claim was filed on your end &/or my end and you have to file for insurance on your end with the tracking number provided. Buyer must take photos and should take as many photos necessary to show that are clear (not dark) to see and for the insurance company to accept claim. It would not be wise to file a claim and submit to eBay unclear photos when filing an insurance claim. Please take as many photos especially from different angles & take photos of the poster tube. Failure to do so is at the discretion of the seller and/or eBay & the result will be in forfeiting your insurance on the poster/item.  No Refunds or Exchanges unless Ebay rules in favor of buyer and/or seller.
No refunds on shipping. If you have an issue with that you understand what you are paying for... Premium seller that backs up his item. That's why it's packaged well, the cost for the items to ship and the poster is insured unless you are outside the United States.
