    This listing is for four (4) BRILLIANT BLUE Mini Demco Style Basket Straps w/ Flat Hooks.
    These are designed to be used on Demco Kar Kaddy brands of Tow Dolly's and will fit 13"-15" wheel sizes.  This set utilizes 2" Flat Hooks on one end and a 3ft. 9" free end on the other side to be ratcheted down.
