Very nice condition for its age. See photos.  A total of 96 pages, with 88 songs.  The majority of these song selections were featured in Gene and Smiley's movies at Republic Pictures, Hollywood. The hit song "Ridin Down the Canyon" is included here, but the rest of these are obscure songs today. Pictoral on inside front and back corner.  It's rare to find one of these in this good of condition.  Published by M.M. Cole, Chicago.
