In a bowl, combine mix, water, egg and oil until well blended. **2. Scoop batter evenly into lightly greased or lined muffin pan, filling cups 2/3 full. Bake for 20-24 minutes. **3. Cool and serve. **Do not consume raw batter. **Cranberry Orange Quick Bread Directions: **What You Need: **1 box Great Value Cranberry Orange Muffin & Quick Bread Mix **2/3 cup water **1 large egg **1 tbsp. vegetable oil **1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease 8x4-inch loaf pan. **2. In a bowl, combine mix, water, egg and oil until well blended. **3. Spread batter evenly into prepared loaf pan. **4. Bake for 53-57 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. **5. Cool and serve.
