Add lower end of recommended water amount to make pancake batter. Add additional water as needed. Mix until combined. Cook over medium-high heat on a preheated, greased skillet. Flip once and serve when golden brown.
Prefer waffles?
To make waffles, blend 3/4 cup mix, 1/2 cup water, and 1 tablespoon oil. Add more water as needed. Cook according to waffle iron instruction. Thicker batter will make the waffle easier to cook. Cook for additional time as needed.
