Okay, Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry together are called Neapolitan right? Breyers doesn’t use that word, but I’m pretty sure it’s accurate.

Freeze drying is a a technique where the water is sublimated off of the food using vacuum and very cold temperatures. What you are left with is food with 97% or more of the nutritional value of fresh and the structure of fresh food without any water. This allows incredibly long shelf lives, over 25 years in some cases. No refrigeration required.
This premium ice cream come with roughly one pint of ice cream per package and is vacuum sealed in a Mylar bag with 300cc oxygen absorbers (please don’t eat the oxygen absorber!). Packaging in Mylar will protect your ice cream for years, maybe decades, much better then clear plastic.
Each bag has half a quart of ice cream and weighs almost 4 ounces after freeze drying per package.
