Directions
To prepare a pie or a pudding: Whisk together 7 tbsp (100mL) of mix with 2/3 cup (150 mL) of sugar, ½ cup (120 mL) of milk and 2 egg yolk (optional) beaten until smooth. Add 1 – ½ cups (375 mL) of milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until thick. Pour filling into 9” pie crust or in ½ cup individual serving cups. Eat while warm or refrigerate to chill.
Whole container prepares approximately six 9” pies or 34 ½ cup servings of pudding.
