Making pizza at home is fun, healthy and easy! Salvatore's Pizza Dough Mix takes the guesswork out of making perfect dough! Just add water, olive oil and yeast (included).No sugar added No animal or dairy byproducts.
One 20 oz. package will make approximately a 32 oz dough ball, large enough to make a 1/2 sheet pizza or large 17" round. You can divide to make two 12 or 14 " pizzas. Dough ball can be frozen to be used at a later date.
