This anti-decoupling device fits 3" wide ball mounts drawbar and is recommended for mid-sized and full size cars, trucks, and SUV's towing medium to heavy duty trailers. Also serves an Anti-Theft Lock.
The Trailer Guardian™ helps prevent accidental decoupling, which can be caused by equipment failures, mismatched ball and coupler, loss of ball nut, and improperly secured couplers. This device installs in seconds and has 1/8" incremental height adjustments, allowing it to fit all ball and coupler combinations. An added benefit of the Trailer Guardian is the ability to place the included lock in one of the spring pin holes to secure the trailer to the tow vehicle.
NOTE
: The TG-D104 will not work when the ball mount is in the rise position.
